What Is Steel-Fit?
Steel-Fit is a small group training program that focuses on strength and conditioning targeted toward body transformation, weight loss, and overall health. Utilizing weight training for specific muscles and core as well as overall heart rate monitored conditioning. You will be assessed initially and then weekly and monthly monitoring to ensure you are reaching all your fitness goals. No matter what age, condition, prior injury you have -Steel-Fit will help you get to the stronger, fitter lifestyle!
Steel-Fit Class Breakdown
One-hour class: Heart rate monitor check-in, warm-up, full body strength session, HIIT (high intensity interval training) session, core/cool-down, and session stats check-out.
- Small group class of 4 -9 people with Personalized attention
