About Diane

Fitness has been a constant in my life and crucial to my mental health. Over the years, what that looks like has evolved. From dance, aerobic group classes at the Y, boutique cycling and pilates studios to even a taste of Muay Thai, I found my home in CrossFit and functional strength and conditioning…with a little yoga sprinkled in there.

Albeit humbling, I measurably made progress, and my confidence grew. Strength training and a healthy, sustainable relationship with food has been key for me. I’ll argue to the death that lifting heavy and food quality matters more than calories in, calories out: I firmly believe we need food, not hunger, to fuel our training.

Coaching has added another dimension to my fitness world. Members are always offering me something to learn and improve upon. I love our community vibe that encourages each members' pursuit of their unique goals.

All in all, no one ever leaves the gym feeling worse than when they walked in-- especially true if you spend your day cat-herding middle schoolers like I do!
