What motivates and inspires you- strength training and high-intensity WODs
“Patience and consistency with PT, and the motivation/support from the gym made coming back from injury easy. Joined Steel Fox a little over a year ago after looking for something to add to my training routine and found the workouts, coaching and community to be a great fit. The strength training and high-intensity WODs are something I look forward to. Rita and the coaches have been excellent in demonstrating the many movements and soon discovered that Thrusters are by far and away my favorite and DU’s, not so much, but hope to learn sooner than later. When not at CrossFit, enjoy the outdoors through all four seasons. Seeing excellence in any capacity inspires and motivates.”
Jamie is our member of the month for many reasons. Coming back from a back injury, Jamie has put in a consistent effort every single time he walks in the door to Steel Fox. “Patience and consistency with PT, and the motivation/support from the gym has made coming back from injury easy” Jaime states.
Jamie has been a member at Steel Fox for a little over a year. He found us after looking for something to add to his training routine and says he finds the coaching and community to be a great fit. The combination of strength training and high intensity wods are something he looks forward to every day.

When not killing it at CrossFit, Jamie enjoys the outdoors through all four seasons. Seeing excellence in any capacity inspires and motivates him. You can usually find Jamie at the noon class on weekdays!
