RX: Partner Assist Strict MU 1-2 reps, and then work on a couple kipping MU drills per your coachx5 sets

L2: 1 Strict Pull-up with 5 sec hold chin above bar+ 5-7 Kipping Pullups or Kip Swings-coach will give drills for kipping

L1:Chin above bar holds for 3-5 sec with negatives 3 sec @ 3 repsx5 sets-use box for assistance
