  • 2+ Teens $35 each 1 hour

Whether your teen is looking for a strength and conditioning program, or additional training to supplement their sport specific training, Steel Fox CrossFit Teens is committed to helping them achieve their goals in a fun, judgment free environment surrounded by your peers.

About the Program

  • Specifically designed for teenagers to help build a lifelong love of fitness

  • Teens will engage in fun workouts that deliver effective results

  • Prepare teens to be well-rounded athletes and individuals

  • Workouts are constantly varied to keep teens engaged and excited

  • Both less active and seasoned athletes will find our workouts and environment comfortable and challenging

  • Movements are tailored to the individual, providing a challenging workout which shows results and identifies athletic progress

  • Teens will learn proper body weight movements

  • Gymnastic Movements

    • Pull-ups

    • Plyometrics

  • Speed and agility training

  • Help teens learn body awareness and develop hand-eye coordination
