About Jay

BIO:

Jay has been working as a strength coach since 2013, specializing in working with Middle School, High School, and College athletes across multiple sports and skill levels. He is focused on delivering Functional Strength, Speed and Agility training, Injury Prevention, as well as Injury Rehabilitation.

Jay’s passion is seeing his athletes succeed in their goals, whether it be to shave some time off their 40-yard dash, jump higher, or be stronger and more athletic in general. 

In addition to coaching individuals and small groups, Jay works with several teams through his own business ProForm Strength and Conditioning, with the goal of bringing professional speed and agility training to team practices, as well as helping teams reduce the risk of sport related injury.
